Can I cancel anytime?
You can manage cancellation through the supported payment-provider billing controls. Your effective end date depends on the active billing period and billing terms.
What happens to my benefits after cancellation?
Benefits remain tied to the verified membership state. When the paid entitlement ends, Vyral+ membership features stop being available.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Use Manage subscription. Provider billing controls determine when the change becomes effective and whether proration applies.
Does Vyral store my card or PayPal password?
No. Card checkout is handled by Stripe and PayPal authentication remains with PayPal. Vyral stores provider-safe subscription identifiers and status, not full card credentials or PayPal passwords.
