VYRAL LEGAL CENTER

Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for accessing Vyral, creating an account, publishing content and interacting with other creators.

Effective 7 August 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Vyral, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. Users under the minimum digital-consent age in their country must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Vyral may introduce additional age checks before a wider public release.

Generated creators and sample metrics are restricted to clearly identified demonstration mode on non-production hosts. Production accounts, posts and engagement come from authenticated server records.

2. Accounts and security

  • Use an email address you control and keep your password and verification codes private.
  • One username can belong to only one account. Names that impersonate Vyral, public figures, companies, staff or protected services may be unavailable.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access.
  • You may not sell, transfer, automate or share an account in a way that creates security or abuse risks.

We may require email confirmation, Cloudflare Turnstile or another security check before accepting an authentication request.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you create. To operate Vyral, you grant Vyral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display and distribute that content within and in connection with the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is legally required, necessary for safety, or the content was shared by others in a way that remains lawful.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every video, image, recording, name, likeness, music track and other material you upload. You may not publish private, infringing, deceptive or unlawful material.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Vyral to harass, threaten, exploit, defraud or endanger anyone; distribute malware; evade restrictions; scrape accounts without authorization; artificially manipulate engagement; infringe intellectual property; or publish illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative or seriously harmful content. Detailed examples appear in the Community Guidelines.

5. Reports, moderation and appeals

Users may report content and accounts. Automated systems may prioritize or restrict content, but important account actions should be reviewable by an authorized administrator. Depending on severity and history, Vyral may limit distribution, remove content, issue a warning, suspend an account temporarily, or terminate it.

When practical, a suspension notice states the reason and duration. You may appeal by contacting [email protected]. Abuse of reporting or appeal tools is prohibited.

6. Availability, recommendations and monetization

Feeds, rankings, recommendations and analytics may change as Vyral develops. We do not promise a particular number of views, followers, earnings or opportunities. Ads and sponsored content should be identified. Monetization, subscriptions, gifts and brand contracts are subject to separate eligibility, fraud, tax and payment requirements before real payouts are enabled.

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, test, suspend or discontinue features to improve security, performance or compliance.

7. Account closure and changes

You may request account deletion through available account controls or Support. We may preserve limited information where necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations and enforcement history.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyral is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Vyral is not responsible for indirect losses or for content and conduct controlled by users or third parties.

8. Contact

Questions, safety reports and legal notices can be sent to [email protected]. These Terms should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before a large-scale commercial launch.
