STEP 1

Make sure this is the right form.

Legal reports receive a different review from ordinary Community Guidelines reports. Please confirm the request concerns content hosted on Vyral and that you genuinely believe a law may apply.

This form is appropriate when:
  • You can identify specific Vyral content or an account.
  • You believe the content may be unlawful in a relevant country or region.
  • You can provide enough factual detail for Vyral to understand and locate the issue.
Choose the jurisdiction most directly connected to your request. You can explain additional jurisdictions later.
STEP 2

Identify the exact content.

Precise links and location details help reviewers find the material without guessing. If a URL opens a long video, profile, or thread, tell us where the issue appears.

Paste the most direct URL available. Do not paste passwords, private access tokens, or verification codes.

STEP 3

Tell us who is making the report.

We use these details to validate the request, contact you about the case, and understand whether you are reporting for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

A six-digit verification code will be sent here.
Leave blank if you are reporting only in a personal capacity.
About your personal information

Vyral uses report details to review the request, protect platform safety, prevent abuse, maintain case records and comply with applicable legal obligations. Do not submit more sensitive personal information than is necessary.

STEP 4

Explain the legal basis and provide evidence.

A clear factual explanation is more useful than a short accusation. Describe what happened, why you believe it is unlawful, and what connection the selected jurisdiction has to the request.

Minimum 100 characters. Specific facts help review.0 / 5000
You do not need to be a lawyer to use this form.0 / 1200
Only include links that are necessary to understand the report. Do not upload passwords, private keys, financial credentials, or verification codes.
Your requested outcome does not determine Vyral's final decision. Vyral reviews the request against applicable law, available facts, platform records and relevant policies.
STEP 5

Review, confirm and complete the security check.

Before Vyral creates a case, review the key details below, confirm the declarations, and pass the anti-bot check. The security token is verified on Vyral's server before a verification email is sent.

HOW REVIEW WORKS

What Vyral does with a verified legal report.

Review depth and timing vary based on urgency, jurisdiction, content type, complexity, and whether additional information is needed.

01

Validation

Vyral checks whether the report identifies content, contains enough information to review, and passed required security and email verification.

02

Triage

The case is categorized for urgency and subject matter. Serious safety concerns may require a different escalation path.

03

Assessment

Reviewers assess the reported content, the factual explanation, relevant platform records and legal context available to Vyral.

04

Action or follow-up

Vyral may restrict or remove content, preserve records where appropriate, request more information, or close a request that is unsupported or outside scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before submitting sensitive information.

Should I include passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or payment details?

No. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, full payment-card data, or unrelated identity documents through this form. If Vyral requires additional documentation for a specific legal process, Vyral should provide a dedicated instruction for that case.

What if I do not know the exact law or article number?

You can still submit a report. Explain the facts clearly, select the country or region you believe is relevant, and describe why you believe the content is illegal. Formal legal citations are optional.

Does submitting this form automatically remove content?

No. A submission creates a request for review. Vyral may take action when appropriate, ask for more information, or determine that the request does not establish a basis for action.

Can I report content that is only offensive or against Vyral rules?

Yes, but use the ordinary in-product report flow or the Community Guidelines route when the issue is a platform-policy violation rather than an alleged violation of law.

Why does Vyral use anti-bot and email verification?

Legal-report systems can be abused to spam, impersonate others, or overwhelm review channels. Security checks reduce automated abuse and help Vyral maintain a reliable contact address for the case.
